At all times, one clinic will be open between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and open between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday 8:30 to noon. Office visits are by appointment only to better serve all our patients.
We urge you to arrive early for your appointment to allow adequate time for administrative processing. The scheduler will inform you of the recommended time of arrival. If you are late for your appointment, the staff may have to reschedule your appointment.

Billing, Collection, Insurance

Our policy is that you be prepared to pay your medical charges at the time of service. We do handle several PPO, HMO, and private insurance company plans. Before you receive service, we do expect you to pay your co-payment, if your plan requires one. We do require you sign a copy of our financial policy at the time you are first seen by our doctors. This will fully explain our financial policies. If you have any questions about your account, please call our billing office at 979-776-7300. They will be happy to assist you.

During office hours, call the clinic, identify yourself and replay the emergency to the triage nurse; we will act promptly. For emergencies on weekends or holidays, call the answering service 361-5174. No routine prescriptions will be refilled after hours on the weekends.

We ask that patients on long-term medications, such as blood pressure, diabetes, etc. bring all medications with them at the time of their appointment.
Please direct calls for long-term prescriptions to your regular pharmacy and ask the pharmacy to fax the information to our office. Please have the name of the medication, the dosage schedule, and the prescription number available when you call. You need to allow 24 hours to have your prescription called in.

Prior to your appointment, if you need a referral to a specialist by one of our physicians, please call 821-6300 so we may process your request. Please allow 48-72 hours to process this request.
